What if I decide that I don't want one or more of my products after I receive them in the mail?
Green Dragon Games And Collectibles will refund your purchase of one or more product(s) from your order once all the following criteria have been met:
1. Customers have 7 days to contact us (via E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org) after the date on the courier supplied tracking information that indicates a successful delivery.
2. Customers must cover the cost for return shipping with insurance and tracking. Green Dragon Games And Collectibles will not be responsible for untracked or uninsured return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
3. The package returned must include the products in the original undamaged and unopened condition.
What if one of my purchased items is damaged due to courier handling?
If one or more of your items you receive are damaged due to courier handling, we will happily send you a replacement as soon as we have one in stock. We insure all our parcels with the appropriate coverage to protect both you, our valuable customer, and Green Dragon Games And Collectibles.
What if I did not receive my parcel in the estimated time?
If your tracking information for the parcel states that it has not been delivered, we ask you patiently wait a few more days. Many variables can effect the delivery time on parcels. In our experience, tracking information is usually very accurate and you normally won't have anything to worry about.
